摘要
针对粗轧R1轧机换辊提升调控装置存在的问题进行分析、改进,设计了一种结构合理,方便操作,利于维修,使用寿命长的新型换辊提升缸调控装置。
An analysis was made aiming at the problems existing in the lifting control device used for R1 roughing mill roll change,and technical modification was carried out.A new control device with reasonable structure,convenient operation and maintenance and long service lifetime was designed for the roll change lifting cylinder.
