定径机推拉油缸同步系统改进

摘要 针对定径机抽拉机架两组推拉油缸运行速度不同步的问题进行了改进,改善了设备功能,成功地攻克了推拉油缸液压控制不同步的问题,缩短了换辊时间,提高作业效率,消除了人身及设备安全隐患。 Aiming at the problem of asynchronized running speed of two sets of push-pull cylinders in the draw stand of the sizing mill,the improvement was canied out.The equipment functions are improved,and the trouble of unsynchronized hydraulic control of the push-pull cylinder is successfully overcome.The time of roll changing is shortened,working efficiency is improved,and the hidden danger of personal and equipment safety is eliminated.
