冬令膏方提升男性生殖储备的临床观察

Clinical effects on winter traditional herbal extract in the improvement of male reproductive reserve

目的观察十子三花毓麟方膏方冬令进补提升男性生殖储备的临床疗效。方法对符合观察标准的72例少弱精子不育病例等比随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予十子三花毓麟方饮片汤剂剂型口服治疗,试验组予以十子三花毓麟方膏方剂型冬令时节口服调补,两组均连续服药90d后复查精液指标分析。观察两组病例睾丸体积、激素内分泌水平和配偶是否成功受孕以及治疗前后精子活力、精子浓度、前向运动(PR)精子比例、精子总活力[PR+非前向运动精子(NP)]、激素水平、睾丸体积等指标变化。结果治疗组和对照组疗效分别为83.3%和74.3%,治疗组优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组精液的PR、总活力、精子总数、精子浓度治疗前后均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在总活力、精子总数、精子浓度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在睾丸体积、激素内分泌各项水平(TT、FSH、LH、TSI)都改善明显(P<0.05),且在激素内分泌改善程度方面优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组仅在TT有改善(P<0.05)。结论相同药物,膏方剂型冬令时节服用更有助于提升男性生殖储备能力,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shizisanhua Yulin traditional herbal extract on improving male reproductive reserve.Methods A total of72 male infertility patients with oligoasthenospermia were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the experiment group was administrated with Shizisanhua Yulin traditional herbal in winter,the patients in the control group were treated with Shizisanhua Yulin traditional herbal decoction at ordinary times.The assessment was performed after 90 days treatment.Results The patients in the experiment group had a significant improvement in the curative effect compared with the patients in the control group(83.3%Vs74.3%,P<0.05);The patients in both two groups had better improvement in PR,PR+NP,total sperm count and sperm concentration after treatment,moreover the curative effect of the experiment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The patients in the experiment group had significant improvements in the Testicular volume and hormone endocrine levels(TT,FSH,LH,TSI)(P<0.05),but only in hormone endocrine TT levels in the control group;There was a significant improvement in hormone endocrine levels in experiment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Winter traditional herbal extract showed some advantages in improving male reproductive reserve capacity,deserved to be applied in clinic.
