整体护理干预对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制和生活质量的影响

Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Control and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Diabetes

目的通过对老年糖尿病患者实施不通过的护理方案,探究其临床应用特征。方法从2017年1月—2019年4月到该院诊治的糖尿病患者中随机抽取140例,分为对照组和观察组,分别实施常规护理和整体护理,比较两组患者生活质量和血糖水平。结果观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预可有效提高老年糖尿病患者生活质量水平,降低血糖水平,缓解糖尿病病情的发展,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application characteristics of elderly patients with diabetes by adopting a nursing program that failed.Methods From January 2017 to April 2019,140 patients were randomly selected from the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes patients.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.The routine nursing and holistic nursing were performed respectively.The quality of life and blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the blood glucose level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes,lower blood glucose levels,and alleviate the development of diabetes.It is worthy of clinical application.
