意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作,直接关系到党和国家的兴衰成败。新中国成立70年来,我们党始终高度重视社会主义意识形态建设,积累了丰富的经验,主要包括:始终坚持马克思主义的指导地位,保持指导思想的一脉相承和与时俱进;坚持围绕中心服务大局,为意识形态建设提供坚实的物质基础;始终坚持以人民为中心的价值立场,把人民的利益作为工作的出发点和落脚点;加强党的先进性建设,不断提高执政能力和执政水平;加强社会主义精神文明建设,提高广大人民群众的思想政治素质和科学文化素质;重视和加强宣传思想工作,牢牢掌握意识形态领导权管理权话语权;敢于开展意识形态斗争,引导社会舆论风清气正;统筹好国际和国内两个大局,不断提高社会主义意识形态的影响力。

Ideological work is an extremely essential work of the party,which is directly related to the success or failure of the party and the country.The CPC has always attached great importance to the building of socialist ideology and accumulated rich experience over the past 70 years.These experiences mainly include:First,adhering to the guiding role of Marxism and maintaining the same line of guiding ideology and keeping pace with the times.Second,insisting on serving the overall situation around the center and providing a solid material foundation for ideological construction.Third,committing to a people-centred approach and taking the fundamental interest of the people as the springboard and the foothold.Forth,strengthening the party's advanced nature and continuously improving governance capacity.Fifth,enhancing the building of socialist spiritual civilization and improving the comprehensive quality of people.Sixth,attaching great importance to ideological work and firmly grasping ideological leadership,management and discourse power.Seventh,daring to carry out ideological struggles and guiding the public opinion.Last,coordinating the international and domestic situations and continuously improving the influence of socialist ideology.
