民生政治是新时代中国特色社会主义事业的当然内容。当前,由于市场与公益的冲突弱化民生政治建设的社会认同、民生供给失衡诱发人民群众的相对剥夺感、民生供给错配降低人民获得感等多种因素并存,导致人民群众低度获得感的难题产生,坚持共建共治共享是破解这一难题的关键。"全民共享"是新时代民生政治实践的价值取向;经济基础、政治保障、社会福祉、文化境界与生态格局构成新时代民生政治实践的主要面向;精准扶贫、污染防治、乡村振兴、民生供给侧改革构成新时代民生政治实践的重点任务,而人民获得感则是新时代民生政治实践的衡量维度。

People's livelihood politics is the content of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Because the conflicts between market and public welfare weakens the social identity of people's livelihood political construction,the imbalance of people's livelihood supply induces people's relative deprivation,the mismatch of people's livelihood supply reduces people's sense of gain and other coexisting factors leading to people's low sense of gain.The key to solve the problem is to adhere to Co-construction,Co-governance and sharing.All people share is the value orientation of people's livelihood political practice in the new era.Economic basis,political security,social welfare,cultural realm and ecological pattern constitute the main orientation of people's livelihood political practice in the new era.Targeted poverty alleviation,pollution prevention,Rural Revitalization and people's livelihood supply-side reform constitute the key tasks of people's livelihood political practice,people's sense of gain is the measure dimension of people's livelihood political practice in the new era.
