The Change of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection since the Reconstruction

中央纪律检查委员会是党内监督专责机关,由党的全国代表大会选举产生。本研究基于全体中央纪律检查委员会委员职业背景,从基本情况、专业水平、组织权威、品格素质等维度分析了恢复重建以来中央纪律检查委员会的变迁逻辑。研究表明,中央纪律检查委员会的变迁是党和国家机构改革及反腐败领导体制改革的集中反映;中央纪律检查委员会的专业水平、组织权威呈不断提升趋势;中央纪律检查委员会委员政治坚定,体现了党的政治本色。在此基础上,文章对研究路径的适用与创新、委员构成的变动趋势进行了探讨。

The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection(CCDI)is a specific organ for supervision,which is elected by the National Party Congress.Based on the professional background of all members of the CCDI,this study analyzes the change logic of the CCDI since the reconstruction from the perspectives of basic situation,professional level,organizational authority,character quality.The research shows that the change of the CCDI is the centralized reflection of the reform of the Party and state institutions and the anti-corruption leadership system;the professional level and organizational authority of the CCDI are constantly improving;the committee members are politically loyalty.On this basis,study probes into the application and innovation of the research path and the development trend of the structure of CCDI.
