摘要
采用线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)作为改性剂对阻燃高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)护套料进行改性。结果表明:LLDPE、POE和EVA降低了HDPE的拉伸强度,提高了其断裂伸长率;LLDPE和POE提高了样品的熔体流动速率,而EVA降低了样品的熔体流动速率;在电性能方面,EVA降低了样品的绝缘性;改性后的HDPE具有良好的耐低温性能。
Low density polyethylene(LLDPE),polyolefin elastomer(POE)and ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA)copolymer were used as modifiers to modify the flame retardant high density polyethylene(HDPE)sheath material.The results show that LLDPE,POE and EVA decrease the tensile strength of HDPE and increase the elongation at break of HDPE,LLDPE and POE increase the melt flow rate of HDPE,while EVA decreases the melt flow rate of HDPE.In terms of electrical properties,EVA reduces the insulation of the sample,and the modified HDPE has good low temperature resistance.
