法律全球化的本质属性是法律属性和全球属性,法律趋同论、法律国际化论、法律多元化论在这两个属性上都不完备。国际社会并非统一的法治社会,而是基于自治自律的治理模式的社会。法律全球化并不客观存在,未来能否实现由世界结构的变化决定。经济全球化与以民族国家为核心的世界政治结构之间的矛盾,要求寻找法律全球化以外的实现全球正义的道路。

The essential attributes of legal globalization are legal attribute and global attribute.The theories of convergence of law,internationalization of law,and global legal pluralism are incomplete in these two attributes.The international community is not a unified society ruled by law,but a society based on the governance mode of autonomy and self-discipline.The theoretical presupposition of legal globalization does not objectively exist,and whether it can be realized in the future is determined by the change of world structure.The contradiction between economic globalization and the world political structure with the nation-state as the core requires us to find a way to achieve global justice beyond the globalization of law.
