摘要 新时代我国教育的主要矛盾表现为人民对公平而有质量的教育期待与优质教育资源短缺且分布不均衡之间的矛盾。新时代推进教育公平的理论认知维度,要更加强调人的自由全面发展,更加强调全民共享教育发展成果,更加注重教育质量公平。新时代推进教育公平的价值意义维度包括,有利于和谐社会构建与教育强国建设,为中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"凝聚力量。目前,我国教育在区域、城乡、校际、群体之间依然存在差距,是解决教育公平的现实问题维度。新时代教育公平的解决路径维度,应以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,加快经济高质量发展、加强信息化建设、推动师资均衡化、破解流动人口子女教育难题,不断缩小区域、城乡、校际和群体差距,努力办好人民满意的教育。 The principal contradiction of education in China in the new times is the contradiction between people’s expectations of fair and high-quality education and shortage and imbalanced distribution of high-quality educational resources. From the dimension of theoretical cognition,in order to promote educational equity in new times,emphasis should be put on free and all-sided development of man,on collective share of educational achievements and on equity of education quality. From the dimension of significant value of promoting educational equity,it is beneficial to the construction of harmonious society and strong country of education and to the Chinese Dream,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. With regard to the dimension of practical problems blocking educational equity in China,there is wide gap among different regions,urban and rural areas,different educational institutes and different social groups.From the dimension of solution to practical problems,it is imperative to speed up the high-quality development of economy,to strengthen information construction,to promote balanced distribution of teachers,to solve the difficulties of floating population’ s children’s education,to narrow the gap among different regions,urban and rural areas,different educational institutes and different social groups and to run satisfactory education for people under the guidance of President Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era.
