公平正义既是全社会和全体人民共同的道德目标,也是国家治理现代化的价值基准。一个好的社会一定是能够让人民感受到公平正义的社会,促进社会公平正义、增进人民福祉是国家治理现代化的出发点和落脚点。只有把维护和促进公平正义作为利益关系调整与社会财富分配的价值取向,才能使更多的社会成员享受到改革成果。公平正义内蕴着共享发展的要求,共享发展是马克思主义公正观在中国经济社会发展新时代的体现。

Fairness and justice is not only the common moral goal of the whole society and all the people,but also the value basis of the modernization of state governance.A good society must be the one in which the people can feel fairness and justice.Promoting social fairness and justice and enhancing the well-being of the people is the starting point and foothold of the modernization of state governance.Only by taking the maintenance and promotion of fairness and justice as the value orientation of the adjustment of interest relations and the distribution of social wealth,can we enable more society members to enjoy the fruits of reform.Fairness and justice contains the requirements of shared development,which is the embodiment of Marxist view of justice in the new era.
