摘要
在此以全桥LLC谐振变换器作为研究对象,根据变换器的实际电压、电流波形,在对其工作模式进行深入分析的基础上,根据各个模式的状态方程及模式间的边界条件,通过时域分析建立了其在轻载情况下的时域模型。基于该模型,推导得到了对LLC谐振变换器设计有重要意义的增益曲线和效率曲线。分析LLC电路在轻载情况下整个工作频段的增益,并与基波近似法(FHA)进行了比较。最后,在20kW电动汽车充电模块电路上对所述时域模型和增益分析进行了实验验证。
The full-bridge LLC resonant converter is taken as the research object.Based on the actual voltage and current waveforms of the converter,the time domain model of the converter under light load is established through time domain analysis according to the state equation of each mode and the boundary conditions between the modes.Based on this model,the gain curve and efficiency curve of LLC resonant converter are derived.The gain of the whole working frequency band under light load of LLC circuit is analyzed and compared with the fundamental harmonic approximation(FHA).Finally,the time domain model and gain analysis are experimentally verified on the circuit of a20 kW electric vehicle charging module.
