脉冲除尘电源寄生Boost模糊自适应PID控制研究 被引量:4

摘要 脉冲电源虽为目前工业电除尘领域的热点方向之一,但同样需要考虑负载频繁火花短路的耐受力,为保证脉冲电源输出参数的同时实现可靠保护和高效控制,采用了一种基于直流叠加脉冲的电路结构,并且分析了脉冲回路的谐振参数。重点分析了主电路中寄生的Boost电路拓扑以及对主电路的影响,针对此问题设计了基于模糊自适应比例积分微分(PID)控制方法,进行了Simulink建模与仿真验证,且在相应的实验平台上验证了其控制效果和控制可靠性,使脉冲电源在苛刻的工作条件下能平稳可靠地运行。 Pulsed power supply is one of the most valuable research branches in the field of industrial electrostatic precipitator.Generally,pulse system works in the frequent occasions of load short-circuit.In order to guarantee the output parameters of pulsed power supply and realize the reliable protection and control of pulse circuit at the same time,a technique of superimposing pulse on basic direct current is introduced,and resonant parameters of the pulse circuit are analyzed.Meanwhile,the topology of parasitic Boost circuit in the main circuit and its influence on the main circuit are analyzed.Focusing on this problem,an adaptive fuzzy proportion integration differentiation(PID)control method is designed,and Simulink model and simulation are carried out.At the same time,the control effect and control reliability are proved by experiments on corresponding hardware and software platforms.Pulsed power supply operates smoothly and reliably under demanding operating conditions.
