DTOGI-FLLAFO实现PMSM无传感器控制

摘要 无位置控制技术能提高永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动系统可靠性、环境适应性,且降低系统成本。针对目前以反电动势为估计对象的模型法存在的低速极限高、颤振及参数敏感等问题,提出双三阶广义积分-锁频环有效磁链观测器(DTOGI-FLLAFO)。该观测器综合利用三阶广义积分器(TOGI)优异的直流偏置和谐波抑制能力,及单锁频环(FLL)结构削除2倍频分量的优势,精确地估计出转子有效磁链;标幺化的有效磁链通过锁相环(PLL)即得到用于系统控制的转速和位置估计量。此外,标幺化的有效磁链对电机参数变化不敏感。仿真和实验结果表明,所提策略具有宽速域、参数变化不敏感、参数易于整定,且算法简单易实现等优点。 Sensorless control technology can improve the reliability and environmental adaptability of permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM)drive system,and reduce the cost of system.Aiming at the problems of high low speed limit,chattering and parameter sensitivity in the current model method based on back electro motive force estimation,a dual third order generalized integrator-frequency locked loop active flux observer(DTOGI-FLLAFO)is presented.This observer accurately estimates rotor active flux by exploiting the excellent direct current bias and harmonic suppression ability of the third-order generalized integrator(TOGI)and the advantage of the single frequency-locked loop(FLL)structure to eliminate the second-harmonic component.The normalized active flux can be used to estimate the speed and position estimates for system control with phase-locked loop(PLL).Furthermore,the normalized active flux is against to the variation of motor parameters.The simulation and experimental results illustrate that the proposed strategy has the advantages of wide speed range,insensitive parameter variation,easy parameter tuning,and simple algorithm.
