摘要
精密减速器是工业机器人的关键部件之一,其核心技术长期被发达国家所垄断,严重制约了我国工业机器人产业的发展。回顾RV减速器的发展历程,阐述国内外RV减速器的技术现状,试图分析制约我国RV减速器发展的主要原因,并从行业规划、宏观政策等方面简述我国相关文件、政策,对RV减速器的发展起到积极的推动作用,最后提出了机器人RV减速器进一步深入研究和产业化发展的若干看法和建议。
Precision speed reducer is one of the key parts of industrial robot.For a long time,its Core Technology has been monopolized by the several foreign developed countries,which seriously restricting the development of China robot industry.Technology development and its status of RV reducer at home and abroad were described in paper.Then,the main causes of restricting the development of our countries’RV reducer have been detailed analyzed.Relevant documents and policies were sketched,which play an active role in promoting the RV reducer.Finally,some personal opinions and suggestions on how to improve the situation of our countries’precision speed reducer were submitted.
