小儿危重病护理评分法对于小儿护理的干预的效果观察

目的分析小儿危重病护理评分法对于小儿护理的干预的效果。方法随机选取该院儿科在2016年4月—2018年9月期间收治的120患儿作为研究对象,采用计算机进行随机分组,其中一组给予常规的护理措施,为对照组,另一组在此基础上采用小儿危重病护理评分法,为研究组,对比两组患儿的护理效果。结果研究组患儿的治疗有效率为95.00%(57例),高于对照组的83.33%(50例),数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.227,P<0.05);研究组患儿未见死亡,对照组患儿的死亡率为6.67%(4例),数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.137,P<0.05);研究组患儿家属的护理满意度为95.00%(57例),高于对照组的80.00%(48例),数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.171,P<0.05);研究组患儿并发症发生率为10.00%(6例),低于对照组的35.00%(21例),数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.753,P<0.05)。结论在危重病患儿的护理中,采用小儿危重病护理可以有效提高患儿的治疗有效,减少并发症和死亡率,并提升家属的护理满意度,建议在临床中积极进行推广普及。

Objective To analyze the effect of pediatric critical illness nursing score on the intervention of pediatric nursing.Methods A total of 120 children admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to September 2018 were randomLy selected and randomLy divided into two groups.One group was given routine nursing measures as the control group and the other group,on this basis,the pediatric critical illness nursing score method was used as the research group to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of children.Results The effective rate of treatment was 95.00%(57 cases)in the study group,which was higher than that in the control group 83.33%(50 cases).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.227,P<0.05);there was no death,and the mortality rate of the control group was 6.67%(4 cases).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.137,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the study group was 95.00%(57 cases),80.00%(48 cases)higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.171,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was 10.00%(6 cases),lower than the control group 35.00%(n=21),the difference in data was statistically significant(χ2=10.753,P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of critically ill children,the use of pediatric critical care can effectively improve the treatment of children,reduce complications and mortality,and improve the satisfaction of family members.It is recommended to actively promote it in the clinic.
