归脾汤加减治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Guipi Decoction in Treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome of Heart and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的探讨归脾汤加减治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床效果。方法该文研究对象为方便选取心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者,共60例,患者均采取抽签分组方式分为两组,收取时间在2016年1—12月之间,分为观察组(30例患者实施归脾汤加减治疗)、对照组(30例患者实施常规治疗),将两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者的总有效率93.33%(显效患者20例、有效患者8例、无效患者2例)高于对照组患者(χ2=5.454,P<0.05);观察组患者症状积分睡眠障碍(0.90±1.02)分、关节疼痛(0.71±0.91)分、肌肉酸痛(0.91±0.72)分低于对照组患者(t=6.113、6.744、5.698,P<0.05)。结论通过对心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者实施归脾汤加减治疗后,取得显著的效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guipi Decoction in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency.Methods The study subjects were patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency.The total number of cases was 60.The patients were convenienty selected and divided into two groups by lottery.The collection time was from January to December 2016.Dividing into two groups:the observation group(30 patients were treated with Guipi Decoction)and a control group(30 patients underwent routine treatment),to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency was 93.33%(20 effective patients,8 effective patients,2 invalid patients)higher than the control group(χ2=5.454 P<0.05);in the observation group of Symptom scores,the sleep disorder(0.90±1.02)points,joint pain(0.71±0.91)points,and muscle sore(0.91±0.72)points were lower than the control group(t=6.113,6.744,5.698,P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of Guipi Decoction in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency,significant effect was obtained.
