超声弹性成像联合彩色多普勒检查对乳腺病变鉴别诊断

Differential Diagnosis of Breast Lesions by Ultrasound Elastography Combined with Color Doppler Examination

目的探讨超声弹性成像技术联合彩色多普勒检查对乳腺病变的鉴别诊断效果。方法回顾分析2017年8月—2018年8月该院收治的62例(共98个病灶)乳腺病变患者的临床资料,分别接受超声弹性成像技术联合彩色多普勒检查诊断与病理学检查。结果该研究中98个病灶,病理学证实良性68个,超声弹性成像技术联合彩色多普勒检查检出良性病变共63个,准确率为92.65%,病理学检查证实恶性30个,超声弹性成像技术联合彩色多普勒检查检出恶性病变25个,准确率为83.33%。结论超声弹性成像技术联合彩色多普勒检查能在一定程度上区分肿瘤的良恶性,可为疾病诊断与治疗提供参考依据,但不可作为唯一的诊断依据。

Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis of breast lesions by ultrasound elastography combined with color Doppler examination.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients(98 lesions)with breast lesions admitted to the hospital were retrospectively analyzed from August 2017 to August 2018.Ultrasound elastography combined with color Doppler examination and pathological examination were performed.Results Of the 98 lesions in this study,68 were pathologically confirmed.Ultrasound elastography combined with color Doppler examination detected 63 benign lesions with an accuracy of 92.65%.Pathological examination confirmed 30 malignant lesions.Ultrasound elastography combined with color doppler examination detected 25 malignant lesions,with an accuracy of 83.33%.Conclusion Ultrasound elastography combined with color Doppler examination can distinguish the benign and malignant tumors to a certain extent,and can provide reference for disease diagnosis and treatment,but it can not be used as the sole diagnostic basis.
