巴曲酶联合丹参川芎嗪治疗腔隙性脑梗塞的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Batroxidase Combined with Salvia Miltiorrhizoma Ligustrazine in the Treatment of Lacunar Cerebral Infarction

目的分析腔隙性脑梗塞患者采用巴曲酶、丹参川芎嗪联合治疗的临床应用价值。方法方便选择2016年5月—2018年12月该院收治腔隙性脑梗塞患者156例为研究对象,参照计算机抽选结果分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用乙酰谷酰胺联合丹参川芎嗪治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联用巴曲酶,比较临床总有效率,检测并分析各组患者治疗前后血液流变学与神经功能评分差异。结果观察组总有效率(97.44%)明显高于对照组(χ2=8.920,P<0.05)。两组患者未接受治疗前,血液流变学指标、神经功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后观察组血小板凝聚率(41.17±2.25)%、纤维蛋白原指标(3.01±0.11)g/L明显低于对照组(P<0.05),同时NIHSS评分(7.41±0.21)分、CSS评分(7.24±0.14)分较对照组相比更低(t=21.060、8.770、14.210、15.320,P<0.05)。结论腔隙性脑梗塞患者接受巴曲酶联合丹参川芎嗪治疗效果更佳,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Batroxobin combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine in the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction.Methods The choice 156 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction in the hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were convenient selected as the research objects.According to the results of computer selection,the patients in the control group were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Acetylglutamide combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine.The patients in the observation group were treated with batroxobin combination with batroxobin on this basis.The total clinical efficiency was compared,and the hemorheology of each group before and after It was different from neurological function score.Results The total effective rate(97.44%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=8.920,P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in hemorheology indexes and neurological function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,platelet aggregation rate(41.17±2.25)%and fibrinogen index(3.01±0.11)g/L in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and NIHSS score(7.41±0.21)points and CSS score(7.24±0.14)points were lower than those in the control group(t=21.060,8.770,14.210,15.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Batroxobin combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine has better therapeutic effect in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
