针对性护理在急性上消化道出血患者中的开展价值研究

Study on the Value of Targeted Nursing in Patients with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探讨针对性护理在急性上消化道出血患者中的开展价值研究。方法方便选取该院2015年3月—2018年3月收治的80例急性上消化道出血患者,根据入院时间,分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),观察组给予针对性护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比护理效果。结果护理前观察组的SAS与SDS评分分别为(65.31±4.39)分、(66.36±4.59)分,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.084、0.046,P=0.467、0.482);护理后均显著降低,且观察组的SAS与SDS评分分别为(48.32±5.39)分、(46.33±3.59)分降低幅度较大(t=3.394、2.761,P=0.001、0.004);观察组护理后再出血危险总评分(5.86±0.25)分,显著低于对照组(9.05±0.41)分(t=42.014,P=0.000);观察组住院时间(6.25±2.31)d短于对照组,且知识掌握度(95.36±2.36)分及依从性评分(97.25±1.33)分均高于对照组(t=4.043、9.017、6.476,P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在急性上消化道出血患者中的开展价值显著,可降低心理压力,缩短住院时间,提升治疗依从性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the value of targeted nursing in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Convenient selected 80 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected.According to the admission time,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Results In SAS and SDS Score,the pre-treatment observation group(65.31±4.39)points,(66.36±4.59)points,compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=0.084,0.046,P=0.467,0.482);the nursing group was significantly reduced,and the observation group(48.32±5.39)points The scores of(46.33±3.59)points were significantly lower(t=3.394,2.761,P=0.001,0.004);the risk of re-bleeding after treatment was(5.86±0.25)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(9.05±0.41)points(t=42.014,P=0.000);the length of stay in the observation group(6.25±2.31)d was shorter than that of the control group,and the knowledge mastery(95.36±2.36)points and compliance score(97.25±1.33)points were averaged.Higher than the control group(t=4.043,9.017,6.476,P<0.05).Conclusion The value of targeted nursing in the development of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients is significant,can reduce psychological pressure,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve treatment compliance,worthy of promotion.
