摘要
淮河入江水道是淮河流域的主要行洪通道,承泄上中游70%以上的洪水入江。以淮河入江水道归江控制主要口门万福闸、太平闸、金湾闸近60年期间的实测资料,通过水位、流量、流速等要素分析淮河入江水道归江控制河段行洪能力的变化,以丰水年年最大流量和相应最高水位的关系曲线推求设计水位下的流量,并与设计流量进行比较。结果表明:(1)淮河入江水道归江控制河段行洪能力多年来无显著变化;(2)万福闸的实际行洪能力达到设计标准以上,太平闸、金湾闸基本达到设计要求。
The outflow channel of the Huaihe River into the Yangzte River is the main flood discharge channel in the Huaihe Riv-er Basin, which receives more than 70% of the flood in the upstream and midstream of the river. Based on the diserved data from the outlets into the Yangtz River including the sluices of Wanfu, Taiping and Jinwan in recent 60 years,, this paper analyzed the variation of the flood discharge capacity in the control channel of the Huaihe River into the Yangtze River according to the water level, discharge and flow velocity. The discharge at the designed water level was derived from the relationship between the annnual maximum discharge high-flow year and the concerned maximum water level, which was then compared with the designed dis-charge. The result shows that:(1) there is no significant change of flood discharge capacity over the years;(2) the actual flood dis-charge capacity of the Wanfu sluice has reached the design standard, and the flood discharge capacity of the sluices of Taiping and Jinwan have basically met the design requirements.
