摘要
目的研究豆科银合欢属植物银合欢Leucaena leucocephala(Lam.)de Wit.种子的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、聚酰胺柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化,采用核磁共振波谱方法鉴定结构。结果从银合欢种子的70%乙醇提取物中共分离纯化,得到14个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:槲皮素3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅰ)、杨梅素3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、杨梅素(Ⅳ)、槲皮素3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、槲皮素3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(Ⅵ)、槲皮素3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅶ)、芦丁(Ⅷ)、山奈酚3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、白麻苷(Ⅹ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅺ)、豆甾醇(Ⅻ)、β-胡萝卜苷(XIII)和三油酸甘油酯(XIV)。结论化合物Ⅴ~Ⅹ、Ⅻ、为首次从银合欢属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从银合欢种子中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents in the seed of Leucaena leucocephala(Lam.)de Wit.METHODS The silica gel,polyamide column chromatography and recrystallization methods were used for the isolation and the purification of compounds,and the spectroscopic methods(1HNMR,13CNMR)were used for the structural identification.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated from 70%ethanol extract from the seed of L.leucocephala and identified as quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅰ),myricetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅱ),quercetin(Ⅲ),myricetin(Ⅳ),quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(V),quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactoside(Ⅵ),quercetin 3-O-α-D-arabinopyranoside(Ⅶ),rutin(Ⅷ),kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅸ),quercetin 3-O-sophoroside(Ⅹ),β-sitosterol(Ⅺ),stigmasterol(Ⅻ),β-daucosterol(XIII),and glycerol trioleate(XIV).CONCLUSION CompoundsⅤ-Ⅹ,Ⅻ,andwere isolated from the title plant for the first time and all the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
