摘要
近年来高等教育得到了快速发展,北华航天工业学院作为一所航天特色类院校成为了建设应用技术类型大学试点高校,给予了学校发展的契机。学校在本科教育的基础上,研究生培养工作得到了迅速发展,结合建设应用技术类型大学和航天特色,不断创新研究生培养方式。本文结合学校目前的情况,提出了研究生培养模式的创新措施,为进一步加快研究生培养质量提供了理论依据。
With the rapid development of higher education in recent years,North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering has become a pilot university featured with applied technology,which provides good opportunity for its development.On the basis of undergraduate education,the university has made rapid progress in postgraduate training.In combination with the construction of universities with applied technology and the characteristics of aerospace engineering,the university has constandy innovated the postgraduate training mode.This paper puts forward the innovative measures of the postgraduate training mode,which provides a theoretical basis for further accelerating the quality of postgraduate training.
