以提升就业质量为导向的高校招生就业联动机制的构建

Construction of the Linkage Mechanism of College Enrollment and Employment Oriented by Improving Employment Quality

基于供给侧结构性改革和新高考招生改革,为了确保市场经济对于人才的需求与专业设置的平衡,高校需要在新形势下构建科学的招生就业联动机制。为此,从高校招生、培养、就业的关联关系分析出该机制在现阶段存在的问题,随后指出了建立科学的招生就业关联体制的必要性,并提出了实施意见。研究结果表明,高质量的就业对于机制构建的意义重大。

Based on the supply-side structural reform and the new college entrance examination and enrollment reform,in order to ensure the balance between the market demand for talents and major setting,colleges and universities need to build a scientific linkage mechanism of enrollment and employment under the new situation.This paper analyzes the problems of this mechanism in the current stage from the correlation relations of college enrollment,training and employment,then points out the necessity of establishing a scientific correlation system of enrollment and employment,and puts forward the implementation suggestions.Results show that high-quality employment is of great significance to the construction of the mechanism.
