全球化背景下供应链管理课程全英语教学探索——以上海海关学院为例

An English Teaching Exploration of Supply Chain Management under the Background of Globalization——Take Shanghai Customs College as an Example

在经济全球化背景下,培养具有专业知识和国际化视野的人才成为当前我国高等教育发展的新方向,全英语教学也被引入国内普通高校供应链管理课程教学。全英语教学对师资队伍提出了新的要求,同时全球化也对供应链管理课程的教学内容产生影响,因此有必要进行教学改革以适应全球供应链管理实践。围绕师资队伍建设、教学内容改革两个方面,探索供应链管理课程的全英语教学的有效途径。

Under the background of economic globalization,cultivating talents with professional knowledge and international vision has become a new direction of the development of higher education in China. English teaching has also been introduced into the teaching of supply chain management in domestic colleges and universities. All-English teaching has put forward new requirements for the teachers. Meanwhile,the globalization also has an impact on the teaching content of supply chain management course. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out teaching reform to adapt to the practice of global supply chain management. This paper focuses on the construction of teaching staff and the reform of teaching content,and explores the effective ways of teaching supply chain management course in English.
