口腔正畸结合修复治疗错畸形伴牙列缺损患者的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of orthodontics and prosthodontics for patients with malocclusion and dentition defect

目的探讨口腔正畸结合修复治疗错畸形伴牙列缺损患者的临床疗效。方法64例错畸形伴牙列缺损患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组行单纯口腔修复,观察组行口腔正畸结合修复。比较两组患者的治疗效果、口腔卫生和牙齿功能情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者菌斑附着指数和软垢指数均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组下降幅度显著大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者牙齿咀嚼功能、舒适程度、语言功能和美观程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者牙齿咀嚼功能、舒适程度、语言功能和美观程度评分均较本组治疗前显著升高,且观察组升高幅度显著大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于错畸形伴牙列缺损患者,口腔正畸结合修复治疗可显著提高治疗效果,改善口腔卫生,增强牙齿功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of orthodontics and prosthodontics for patients with malocclusion and dentition defect.Methods A total of 64 patients with malocclusion and dentition defect were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received simple prosthodontics,and the observation group received orthodontics and prosthodontics.The therapeutic effect,oral hygiene and dental function was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 93.75%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque adhesion index and soft scale index in the two groups was decreased than those before treatment,and the decline range in the observation group was significantly greater than those in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in dental chewing function,comfort level,language function and aesthetic rating score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the dental chewing function,comfort level,language function and aesthetic rating score in the two groups was significantly higher than those before treatment,and the ascending range in the observation group was significantly greater than those in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with malocclusion and dentition defect,orthodontics and prosthodontics can significantly improve therapeutic effect,oral health and dental function.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
