散瞳滴眼液对青少年黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度的影响

Effect of mydriatic eyedrops on subfoveal choroidal thickness in adolescents

目的观察散瞳滴眼液对近视青少年散瞳前、后黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度的影响。方法 46例(92眼)近视患者均给予散瞳滴眼液散瞳。散瞳前后及散瞳次日对双眼黄斑中心凹0°和90°方位进行频域光学相干断层扫描图像增强技术(EDI-OCT)扫描检查,测量黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度值。结果检查当日散瞳前脉络膜厚度(272.60±29.77)μm,散瞳后脉络膜厚度(261.67±24.97)μm,检查次日不散瞳时脉络膜厚度(273.63±29.76)μm,散瞳后脉络膜厚度比散瞳前变薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);散瞳后比次日不散瞳时脉络膜厚度薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);散瞳前与次日不散瞳时脉络膜膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论散瞳滴眼液使近视青少年散瞳后黄斑中心凹下脉络膜的厚度变薄,以便无创、直接地观察到活体组织对药物作用的细微变化。

Objective To observe the influence of mydriatic eyedrops on subfoveal choroidal thickness in adolescents before and after mydriasis. Methods All 46 myopia adolescents(92 eyes) were treated with mydriasis eye drops. Enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography(EDI-OCT) was used to measure the thickness of subfoveal choroid before and after mydriasis and the next day after mydriasis at 0° and 90° of macular fovea in both eyes. Results The choroidal thickness before and after mydriasis and that the next day were(272.60±29.77),(261.67±24.97) and(273.63±29.76) μm. The choroidal thickness after mydriasis was thinner than that before choroidal, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The choroidal thickness after mydriasis was thinner than that of the next day, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in choroidal thickness before mydriasis and that of the next day(P>0.05). Conclusion The subfoveal choroidal thickness is thinner after mydriatic eye drops in myopia adolescents, so as to observe the subtle changes of drug action in vivo directly and noninvasively.
