乡村振兴背景下少数民族传统村落保护发展策略研究——基于恩施州鹤峰县三家台蒙古族村的调查

Study on Development Strategy of Traditional Villages of Ethnic Minorities under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Sanjiatai Mongolian Village,Hefeng County,Enshi Prefecture

乡村振兴战略实施背景下的传统村落保护与发展是在肯定其价值的基础上,承继村落文化蕴含并促进村落现代转型。围绕传统村落保护,国家出台了诸多政策法规,意图在社会激剧变迁的当下避免其变得名不副实或是消亡。文章通过对一个传统村落细致的调查,发现自然、社会、历史和文化等多种因素造就了传统村落保护发展的现实困境,现实背后的核心较量体现在渐进式发展与跨越式发展两大策略上的对垒,也具体体现在利益各方的实际行动中。

The protection and development of traditional villages under the background of rural revitalization strategy is based on acknowledging their value, inheriting the village culture and promoting the modern transformation of the villages. Many policies and regulations focusing on traditional villages have been introduced in China to avoid the villages becoming unworthy of their name or their demise. Through careful investigation of a traditional village, it is found that many factors such as nature,society, history, and culture have created the practical dilemma in the protection and development of traditional villages. The core contest behind the reality is reflected in the confrontation between two strategies: progressive development and leaping development. Such confrontation is also manifested in the actual action of the various stakeholders.
