摘要 夹点技术被广泛应用在换热网络设计和能量回收利用的过程系统优化中,通过Aspen Energy Analyzer软件等方法对甲醇精馏工艺进行夹点分析和换热网络优化,讨论甲醇精馏工艺节能降耗的优化方案,为能量的更优利用提供理论依据和可行方案。 The pinch technology is widely used in heat exchange network design and the process optimization of energy recovery. The software Aspen Energy Analyzer was used to analyze the methanol rectification process via pinch technology and to optimize the heat exchange network. The optimizing plan for energy saving and consumption reducing in methanol rectification process was discussed. Such plan will provide the theoretical basis for better utilization of energy and feasibility study.
