摘要
介绍氨气压缩机工艺流程,分析氨气压缩机入口分离器液位上升的原因,认为一段分离器存在问题是主要原因。经过对氨气压缩机一段分离器进行改造与优化,解决一段分离器储液不足的问题,在系统开车时可节约数万元的费用,有效减轻了岗位人员的劳动强度。
The process of nitrogen compressor was described. The reasons of liquid level rise in ammonia compressor inlet separator were analyzed. It’s reckoned that the main reason existed in the first segment separator. After modification, the problem of insufficient liquid storage in the separator was solved. Tens of thousands of yuan was saved during system start-up, and labor forces were greatly reduced.
