摘要
"Y"型截止阀在开、关频繁的情况下容易出现密封泄漏的现象。针对"Y"型截止阀(自紧式阀盖)现场维修失败过程进行分析,提出一种新型维修措施。通过实际应用与现场勘察,新措施高效保障了阀体密封性,降低了维修成本。
Frequent open and close of Y-type globe valve may cause the valve leakage. Once the maintenance of Y-type globe valve(with self-tightening valve cover) on site was failed. A new kind of maintenance method was presented. The practical application and site investigation showed that the new method increased the sealing ability of the valve, and lowered down the maintenance cost.
