摘要
针对3台粗煤气洗涤水泵机械密封寿命短的问题,从检修、设计、工艺流程等方面进行分析,通过对机械密封校核以及改进动、静环材质及冲洗方案等,问题得到有效解决。
In view of the short service life of mechanical seals on thre e(3) crude gas washing water pumps, this paper discussed the problems from the aspects of overhaul, design and process flow. Through the check of mechanical seal and modification of the material of dynamic and static rings, and improvement of washing schemes,the problems were solved effectively.
