摘要
随焊超声焊接是在电弧焊接过程中引入超声,随焊超声辅助电弧焊接可以有效改善电弧形态、熔滴过渡以及焊缝组织,最终提高焊接接头力学性能。超声在电弧焊接过程中的作用主要与超声施加方法有关,根据不同的超声施加方式,可以分为接触式随焊超声辅助电弧焊接和非接触式随焊超声辅助电弧焊接。本文综述了这两种分类方式的具体施加方法和研究进展,分析了不同方式对焊接过程电弧、组织和性能的影响,并对随焊超声振动在电弧焊接中的应用进行了展望。
Welding with ultrasonic is that ultrasonic is introduced into the arc welding process.Ultrasonic-assisted arc welding can effectively improve the arc shape,droplet transfer and weld microstructure,and ultimately improve the mechanical properties of the welded joint.The effect of ultrasound in the arc welding process is mainly related to the ultrasonic application method.According to different ultrasonic application methods,it can be divided into contact type ultrasonic assisted arc welding and non-contact type ultrasonic assisted arc welding.The specific application methods and research progress of these two classification methods were reviewed.The effects of different methods on the arc of the welding process,microstructure and properties were analyzed.The application of ultrasonic vibration with welding in arc welding was prospected.
