摘要
多丝焊接工艺熔覆率增大,可显著地提高焊接效率。由于多根焊丝的存在,能量并不是数量上简单的叠加,熔池形态特征亦变得更为复杂。设定了不同的焊接电流组合和焊丝距离参数组合,讨论了不同焊接参数对熔池形态特征的影响。利用熔化能增量参数来表征熔池相互作用的指标。研究表明,在线能量相同时,电流组合形式对熔化能增量的影响是显著的。当固定中间焊丝和跟随焊丝距离时,熔化能增量均随着引导焊丝和中间焊丝距离的增大而减小。
The multi-wire welding can achieve high efficiency welding because of its high cladding.The morphology of molten pool becomes more comprehensive cmbination since the energy is not simply superimposed in quantity when multi-wire exists.Different welding current combination and welding wire distance combination were set,and the influence of different welding parameter on morphology of molten pool was discussed.It is shown that when the heat injut is same,the influence of current combination on melting energy increment is significant.When the distance between the middle wire and the trailing wire is fixed,the melting energy increment decreases as the distance between the leading wire and the middle wire increases.
