摘要
针对某小型球铁铸件在批量生产时采用底注式浇注系统存在铁液冲砂、夹砂、铁豆以及铸件出品率低的工艺问题,利用Anycasting软件进行数值模拟分析,依据分析结果,适当降低叠箱串铸高度,修改浇注系统。数值模拟与工艺试验结果表明,新浇注方案有效提高了铸件出品率,明显减少了冲砂及夹砂缺陷,铸件质量达到技术指标要求。
Aimming at erosion wash of iron liquid,sand inclusion,cold shot and low yield of a ductile iron casting with bottom gating system in the quantity production,the Anycasting software was used to conduct numerical simulation analysis.According to the analysis results,the height of stack casting should be lowered and the casting system should be modified appropriately.The numerical simulation and process test results indicate that new casting scheme has significant improvement in yield of casting,reduces defects of erosion wash and sand inclusion,and the casting quality can reach the technical requirements.
