摘要
热应力是导致铸件变形以及裂纹的主要因素。为了提高铸件的良品率,有必要对铸件的温度分布进行研究。本文分析了框板类零件铸造过程中的温度分布、应力分布和变形分布,并对比了关键点部位的温度随铸造时间的变化。结果表明,铸件温度最高部位与温度最低部位之间的温差为160℃,不会产生过大的铸造热应力。
Thermal stress is the main factor leading to the deformation and crack of castings.In order to improve the good product rate of castings,it is necessary to study the temperature distribution of castings.The temperature distribution,stress distribution and deformation distribution of frame-plate parts during casting were analyzed,and the variation of temperature at key points with casting time was compared.The results show that the temperature difference between the highest temperature part of casting and the lowest temperature part is 160℃,and there is no excessive hot casting stress.
