摘要
振动试验设备的振动台面通常采用镁铝合金铸造成形。随着试验件尺寸的不断增大,振动台面铸件的边长从400 mm增大到3500 mm,而不同尺寸的振动台面继续采用以往的铸造方法,极易产生疏松、夹渣等铸造缺陷。针对以上问题,采取了不同铸造工艺手段,并总结了不同尺寸振动台面适合的铸造方法。
The vibrator table of shaking table test equipment is usually made of Mg,Al alloys.As the size of the test piece continues to increase,the length of the vibrator table casting increases from 400 mm to 3500 mm.However,it is easy to produce shrinkage and slag inclusion defects in vibrator table with different sizes by using the previous casting method.In view of the above problems,different casting process methods were adopted and the suitable casting methods for vibrator table with different sizes were summarized.
