摘要 针对细长轴刚性较差、变形较大及加工难度较大的问题,对某轴连续多次径向锻造工艺进行分析。运用专业锻造有限元软件Simufact Forming建立了连续多次径向锻造数值仿真模型,对其在不同径向锻造次数下的等效应力、等效应变进行了数值计算,得到不同径向锻造次数下锻件的形状变化及最大等效应力、最大等效应变的变化规律。结果表明:通过连续多次径向锻造能获得综合性能优良及表面精度较高的细长轴;随着径向锻造次数增加,最大等效应力、最大等效应变逐渐增加。 Aiming at the problems of poor rigidity,large deformation and processing difficulty of slender shaft,the continuous multiple radial forging process was analyzed.The numerical simulation model of continuous multiple radial forging was established by using professional forging finite element software Simufact Forming.The equivalent stress and equivalent strain under different radial forging times were numerically calculated,and the variation of the shape,maximum equivalent stress and maximum equivalent strain of the forgings under different radial forging times were obtained.The results show that the slender shaft with good comprehensive properties and high surface precision can be obtained by continuous multiple radial forging.With the increase of radial forging times,the maximum equivalent stress and maximum equivalent strain increase gradually.
