摘要
研究了3 mm厚2024-T4铝合金的搅拌摩擦焊工艺参数对接头表面成形质量、拉伸性能和微观组织的影响规律。研究表明,焊接速度过快导致的热输入不足会造成接头表面鱼鳞纹平整度低,晶粒细化程度降低,易产生孔洞缺陷,降低接头的力学性能。热输入过大使塑性金属量过多,造成表面毛刺,晶粒粗化,降低接头的力学性能。当转速为600~800 r/min,焊接速度为200 mm/min时,接头成形质量较好,抗拉强度较优。
The effects of friction stir welding process parameters of 3 mm thick 2024-T4 aluminum alloy on the surface forming quality,tensile properties and microstructure of the joint were studied.The studies show that insufficient heat input caused by excessive fast welding speed results in low flatness of the fish scale on the joint surface.It reduces grain refinement and leads to void defect and decrease of mechanical properties of the joint.Excessive heat input causes excessive plastic metal,surface burrs,coarse grains,which leads to the decrease of the mechanical properties of the joint.The properties of joint can be indirectly judged by the quality of the weld surface.When the revolving speed is 600-800 r/min,the welding speed is 200 mm/min,the foming quality and tensile strength of the joint are good.
