摘要
研究了焊接工艺参数及搅拌针形貌对铝合金搅拌摩擦焊轴向压力的影响规律,通过采用不同的焊接速度、旋转速度、搅拌针形貌对4 mm厚的2024铝合金进行了搅拌摩擦焊接,利用轴向力实时测量装置测量了搅拌摩擦焊时轴向压力。研究结果表明:其它条件相同时,稳定阶段的轴向压力随着搅拌针旋转速度的增加而减小,随焊接速度的增大而增大,右螺纹搅拌针稳定阶段的轴向压力较左螺纹轴向压力低。采用右螺纹搅拌针,焊接速度60 mm/min、旋转速度950 r/min时稳定焊接过程轴向压力值最低,平均为4.73 kN。
The influence of welding process parameters and stir pin morphology on the axial pressure of aluminum alloy friction stir welding was studied.The friction stir welding of 4 mm thick 2024 aluminum alloy was carried out by using different welding speeds,rotation speeds and stirring needle shapes.The axial force during the friction stir welding was measured by an axial force real-time measuring device.The results show that the axial pressure in the steady stage decreases with the increase of the rotating speed of the stir pin,and increases with the increase of the welding speed under same conditions.The axial pressure of the right threaded stir pin is lower than that of the left threaded stir pin in the stable stage.When the right threaded stir pin is adopted,the welding speed is 60 mm/min and the rotation speed is 950 r/min,the axial pressure is the lowest during the stable welding process,and the average axial force is 4.73 kN.
