竞技体育跨界跨项选材的学理基础、实践逻辑与实施路径

Theoretical Basis, Practical Logic and Implementation Path of Talent Selection by Cross-Border and Cross-Item in Competitive Sports

运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,对跨界跨项选材的学理基础、现实困境以及实施路径进行探讨。项群训练理论与运动员长期培养理论构成了跨界跨项选材的学理基础,传统选材模式与人才资源配置提供了实践经验,但目前竞技体育跨界跨项选材在理论体系、管理模式、组织协同、教练人才等方面仍面临着实践困境。建议:完善跨界跨项选材理论体系,健全跨界跨项选材实施的管理体系,构建跨界跨项选材模型,强化“复合型”教练员培养。

The literature reviews and logic analysis methods have been used to explore the theoretical basis,realistic dilemma and implementation path of talent selection by cross-border and cross-item in competitive sports.Event group training theory and long-term training theory of athletes constitute the academic basis of talent selection by talent transfer;traditional selection mode and talent resource allocation provide a practical experience,but the current talent selection by talent transfer in competitive sports are facing practical difficulties in the theoretical system,management mode,organizational synergy and coaching talents.Suggestions:improve the theoretical system of talent selection by talent transfer,improve the management system of talent selection by talent transfer,build a model of talent selection by talent transfer,and strengthen the training of“composite”coaches.
