运用文献资料法等研究英国大学体育专业的体系建设及治理特征。主要结论:英国大学体育专业体系建设包括学科融合的体育课程设置、注重培训与选拔的师资发展模式、多元开放的人才培养方式、资源共享的高校科研平台,治理特征表现为高校体育专业与政府、社会合作形成“三位一体”的发展模式,高校体育专业建设与运动员精英训练及教练员培养体系有机融合,高校体育专业建设为体育科技研发提供强劲引擎。对我国高校体育专业发展的启示:应紧密结合教育改革趋势和高校体育专业发展的现实需求,打造“政府+专业共同体”相结合的专业建设模式,充分发挥体育专业教师高质量培养与提升的关键作用,搭建多渠道学科融合的专业体育课程体系。

This paper uses literature reviews to study the construction and governance characteristics of sports major system in British universities.Main conclusions:The construction of the physical education professional system in British universities includes the physical education curriculum with the integration of disciplines,the teacher development mode with the emphasis on training and selection,the diversi fied and open personnel training mode,and the university scienti fic research platform with the sharing of resources.The characteristics include the development of the"three in one"mode of university sports major and the government and social cooperation,the organic integration of university sports major construction and athlete elite training and coach training system,and the construction of university sports major to provide a powerful engine for sports science and technology research and development.The inspiration for the development of physical education in colleges and universities in China:people should closely combine the trend of education reform and the actual needs of the development of physical education in colleges and universities,build a professional construction mode of“government+professional community”,give full play to the key role of high-quality training and promotion of physical education teachers,and build a professional physical education curriculum system with multi-channel discipline integration,and build a professional physical education curriculum system with multi-channel discipline integration.
