Thoughts on TCM Syndrome Study of Lumbar Disc Herniation

近年来中医证候的相关研究成为中医研究的热点,腰椎间盘突出症的中医辨证也逐渐被中医研究者挖掘,文章就目前中医证候学的相关研究,特别是腰椎间盘突出症的中医证候学发展现状进行总结分析,提出目前研究的问题及中医研究者该思考的相关问题。旨在丰富中医诊治的内涵,传承发展中医理论,促进中医诊疗进步创新,望对中医学者今后研究有一定的启发。

In recent years,the research related on TCM syndrome has become a hot topic in TCM research. TCM syndrome differentiation of lumbar disc herniation has also been gradually explored by TCM researchers. This article is related to TCM syndrome research,especially Chinese medicine for lumbar disc herniation. The status quo of the development of syndromes is summarized and analyzed,and the problems of current research and related issues of thinking by Chinese researchers are proposed. It aims to enrich the connotation of TCM diagnosis and treatment,inherit the development of TCM theory,and promote the progress and innovation of TCM diagnosis and treatment. It is hoped that Chinese medicine practitioners will have some inspiration for future research.
