活血化瘀法应用于糖尿病视网膜病变研究进展

Research Progress of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis in Diabetic Retinopathy

糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)是一种常见的糖尿病慢性并发症,属糖尿病微血管病变,该病不仅仅降低患者的生活质量,还给社会和家庭带来了沉重的经济负担,尤其对青年患者的精神心理产生了巨大的影响。目前来看,临床上尚未出现可以完全治愈或预防的方法。该研究基于中医传统理论与现代研究进展相结合,具体阐述中医药理论下DR的病因病机,并深入分析活血化瘀法在DR治疗中的应用及其对血液流变学和内皮生长因子表达的影响,对临床治疗提供参考。

Diabetic Retinopathy(DR)is a common chronic complication of diabetes mellitus,which belongs to diabetic microangiopathy. It not only reduces the quality of life of patients,but also brings a heavy financial burden to society and family,especially to young patients’ mental and psychological impact. At present,there is no cure or prevention method in clinic. Based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern research progress,this study specifically elaborated the etiology and pathogenesis of DR under the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and deeply analyzed the application of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method in DR treatment and its influence on Hemorheology and expression of endothelial growth factor,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
