摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),分析刘莉教授治疗H型高血压的用药经验,探讨H型高血压临床诊治的新思路。方法:收集刘莉教授治疗H型高血压的门诊病历,录入中医传承辅助系统,采用该软件中关联规则、复杂系统熵类分析等无监督数据挖掘方法,确定处方中药物的使用频次及药物间的关联规则,分析刘莉教授治疗H型高血压的用药经验。结果:对筛选出的261个处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次。利用药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出4个核心组合和4个新处方。结论:刘莉教授治疗H型高血压强调"大法复方",在化痰熄风的基础上,联合补益肝肾、理气活血、安神定志之品。中医传承辅助系统对于挖掘名老中医临床经验具有重要科研及临床价值。
Objective:To discuss Professor Liu Li’s administration experience and probes into the new idea of clinical diagnosis in the treatment of H-type hypertension,based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5). Methods:Collecting the prescriptions used for H-type hypertension,data were logged into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,by using principle analysis,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering,to analyze the composing principles of prescriptions-the frequency of drugs,proofreading to analyze the composingprinciples of prescriptions-the frequency of drugs,coupled drugs and composing characters. Results:Two hundred and sixty-one prescriptions were bolted and analyzed. We got 4 core groups and 4 new prescriptions by composing principles of prescriptions. Conclusion:Professor Liu Li emphasizes"Dafa compound"in the treatment of H-type hypertension. Based on the eliminating phlegm and calming wind method,put some herb-medicine of tonifying liver and kidney,liqi huoxue,tranquilizing spirit to stabilize mind add to the prescription. The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system possess essential value of science and clinical.
