银质针联合肌内效贴对老年慢性非特异性下腰痛患者疗效及血清TNF-α和IL-1β水平影响

The Efficacy of Silver Needle Combined with Intramuscular Patch in Treating Elderly Patients with Chronic Nonspecific Lower Back Pain and Its Effect on Serum Levels of TNF-α and IL-1β

目的:评价银质针联合肌内效贴对老年慢性非特异性下腰痛患者的疗效及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-1β水平的影响。方法:筛选宜昌市第一人民医院2016年1月-2019年1月收治慢性非特异性下腰痛患者共82例,采取随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组患者接受肌内效贴治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予银质针治疗。连续治疗4周后,比较两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分、指地距离(FFD)、简式McGill疼痛问卷表(SF-MPQ)评分、腰部运动障碍和改良日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、临床疗效以及血清TNF-α和IL-1β水平。结果:治疗4周后:观察组患者的VAS评分、FFD、现有疼痛强度(PPI)、疼痛分级指数(PRI)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分明显低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(95.12%vs 78.05%,P<0.05);治疗结束后,观察组血清TNF-α和IL-1β水平显著低于对照组。结论:银质针联合肌内效贴治疗老年慢性非特异性下腰痛可能疗效明显,且可下调血清TNF-α和IL-1β水平。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Silver needle combined with Intramuscular patch in treating elderly patients with chronic nonspecific lower back pain and the effect on serum levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and interleukin(IL)-1β. Method:Eighty-two patients with chronic non-specific low back pain were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by number table method with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received intramuscular patch. On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the observation group was treated with silver needle. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),finger from distance(FFD),SF-MPQ,lumbar dysprasia,Japanese orthopaedic society for improvement(JOA),the efficacy,and serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were compared between the two groups. Results:After 4 weeks’ treatment,scores of VAS,FFD,PPI,PRI and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)in the observation group were significantly lower,while JOA score was significantly higher,than those in the control group(P<0.01). The total effective rate of in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.12% vs 78.05%,P<0.05). After treatment,serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in observation group were obviously lower than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy of silver needle combined with intramuscular patch in treating chronic nonspecific lower back pain,and can down-regulate serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β.
