Research Overview of TCM Regulating PCOS Patients Intestinal Flora

多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄期女性常见的内分泌代谢性疾病,目前主要治疗方式有饮食调整和药物治疗。近年来关于肠道菌群的研究逐渐被重视,研究表明肠道菌群变化影响人体代谢水平,在对内分泌代谢方面的作用得到了肯定,通过中医药调节肠道菌群的疗效也在研究中被认可。文章主要阐述PCOS患者与肠道菌群失调之间的研究进展,探讨中医中药治疗PCOS患者肠道菌群紊乱的可能机制奠定研究基础。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine metabolic disease,childbearing age women the main treatment with diet and drug therapy. In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the studies on intestinal flora. Studies have shown that the changes of intestinal flora affect the metabolic level of human body,and the effect on endocrine metabolism has been affirmed. The efficacy of TCM in regulating intestinal flora has also been recognized. This paper mainly describes the research progress between PCOS patients and intestinal flora disorders,and discusses the possible mechanism of TCM treatment of intestinal flora disorders in PCOS patients,laying a foundation for research.
