中医特色健康护理模式在慢性病老年人群中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Health Nursing Model in the Elderly Population with Chronic Diseases

目的:探讨中医特色健康护理模式在慢性病老年人群中的应用效果研究。方法:将2017年6月-2018年6月收治的200例老年慢性病患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用中医特色健康护理模式,比较两组患者的健康知识掌握程度、临床各指标达标情况、护理依从性、生活质量。结果:观察组疾病知识、并发症、药物知识、改善生活习惯、饮食及运动等健康知识掌握率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血压、血糖、血脂等达标率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我监测血压、规律用药、合理饮食、科学运动等护理依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在健康、认知、生理、生活、情感、工作等SF-36量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色健康护理模式在慢性病老年人群中的应用效果显著,能有效提升患者的健康知识掌握率,提升自护能力和护理依从性,促进各项指标达标,改善生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic health nursing model in the elderly with chronic diseases. Methods:200 elderly patients with chronic diseases treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic health nursing mode. Results:the mastery rate of disease knowledge,complications,medicine knowledge,improving living habits,diet and exercise in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The compliance rate of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The self-monitoring of blood pressure,regular medication,reasonable diet,scientific exercise and other nursing compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Sf-36 scores of health,cognition,physiology,life,emotion and work in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of health education model with TCM characteristics in the elderly with chronic diseases has a significant effect. It can effectively improve the mastery rate of health knowledge,enhance self-care ability and nursing compliance,promote the achievement of various indicators and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases,and has a positive clinical significance.
