摘要
分布式发电的快速发展以及用户对电能质量的要求愈发严格,为分布式电源接入下的配电网规划带来了新挑战。提出了一种基于向量序优化的配电网分布式电源规划方法。首先构建考虑电压质量和投资成本的配电网分布式电源规划模型;然后引入序优化理论与帕累托博弈方法,在电压质量与投资费用的博弈过程中对规划方案进行排序分层;最终借助线性隶属度函数在帕累托前沿中求得折衷最优解,并以Matpower Case 30节点的配电网系统为算例进行仿真验证。结果表明,文中方法可以实现电压质量和投资成本的统筹协调,能够在提升规划方案经济性的同时保证系统的电压水平。
The rapid development of distributed generation and the increasingly stringent requirements for power quality pose new challenges to distribution network planning under distributed power access.The distribution network planning with distributed generation is characterized by nonlinear and high dimension,which is a complex combinatorial optimization problem.Firstly,a distributed generation planning model of distribution network considering voltage quality and investment cost is constructed;then,the sequential optimization theory and Pareto game method are introduced to rank and hierarchism the planning schemes in the process of the game between voltage quality and investment cost.Finally,the compromise optimal solution is obtained from the frontier of Pareto by means of the linear membership function.The solution is verified by simulation with Matpower Case 30-node distribution network system as an example.The results show that the distribution quality of each node in the distribution network is improved to a certain extent by the distribution optimization of the distributed generation,and the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm are proved.
