摘要
分析了加热保温时间和加热速度对22CrMoH齿轮钢奥氏体晶粒长大倾向的影响以及其粗化及混晶原因。结果表明:随保温时间延长,奥氏体晶粒平均尺寸及粗大奥氏体比例不断增加;在保温时间较长的前提下,快速加热较慢速加热奥氏体晶粒度更容易长大;该成分22CrMoH奥氏体粗化温度在920~930℃,奥氏体晶粒的粗化及混晶与第二相质点AlN的聚集与溶解有关。
This article analyze the effects of soaking time and heating rate about the growth tendency of 22CrMoH austenite grains.The coarsening and crystal mixing mechanisms are discussed in this paper.The results show that with the extension of holding time,the average size of austenite grains and the proportion of coarse austenite gradually increased.Under the condition of longer holding time,the austenite grain size is easier to grow when heated quickly than that when heated slowly.This 22CrMoH austenitic coarsening temperature is between 920℃ and 930℃.The austenite grain coarsening and mixed crystal are related to the aggregation and dissolution of the second phase particle AlN.
